Norskbygde "The World" et flytende leilighetsskip. Kritkere vil si at Skipet er bygget for at beboere skal kunne ha fast adressen til havs og derved unngå diverse beskatning. Skipet har, pga. at flere av de fastboende til en hver tid ikke er ombord, blitt beskrevet som et spøkelsesskip. Norwegian built "The World", a floating maritime aprtement complex. Critics will say this ship was built as a result of many people avoiding taxation in the home country by having their home adress onboard this vessel. Due to the fact that many of the inhabitants at any given time aren't residing onboard the ship has been called a ghostship by the press.
